Staying fit and strong while juggling motherhood can be difficult, which is why our classes are designed to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and beyond.

Whether you’re exercising during pregnancy, returning to fitness after having a baby, or simply looking for some much-needed time to focus on yourself, our classes offer a welcoming and supportive environment with exercise tailored to you. We can also support common pregnancy and postpartum considerations, including pelvic floor weakness and rebuilding strength safely.

👶Bringing your little one? Absolutely! From young babies snuggled in carriers to curious toddlers wanting to “copy Mummy”, children up to 5 years are welcome at our Mama & Mini classes. During the school holidays, older siblings are welcome too.

💪 Prefer some ‘me time’? We also offer mums-only classes where you can switch off from parent duties for a little while and focus entirely on YOU.

🤰 Pregnant? You’re very welcome too! Our classes are safely adapted to help you stay strong, stable and confident throughout your pregnancy.
