We're a certified B Corp
Good for families. Good for local business. Officially.
Happity has been independently assessed on how we treat the parents, class providers, team and planet our business touches — and we've made a legal commitment to keep putting them first.

What does being a B Corp mean?
B Corps are companies verified by B Lab, a non-profit, as meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency. It isn't a pledge or a badge you can buy — every business is assessed on evidence, and has to recertify every three years.
Verified performance
An independent assessment of how a company's operations and business model affect its stakeholders — backed by evidence, not just promises.
Legal accountability
B Corps change their governing documents so directors must consider the impact of decisions on people and planet — not shareholders alone.
Public transparency
Every B Corp's assessment results are published on B Lab's public directory, so anyone can see how a company measures up.
Companies are assessed across five impact areas:
- Governance
- Workers
- Community
- Environment
- Customers
Our mission is to create a world where no new parent feels alone.
Created by parents, for parents, Happity was never just about bookings. Becoming a B Corp holds us to that — for everyone in the baby and toddler community.
For parents
Finding your people in those first years matters. We help parents discover local classes where little ones learn and grown-ups make friends — so no one has to go it alone.
For activity providers
We're committed to serving local and independent businesses. Many of the classes on Happity are run by their founders, and our job is to help them fill their classes and grow sustainably.
For local communities
We aim for 75% of our marketplace and suppliers to be within 20 miles of our main locations — supporting local economies, community prosperity and cultural diversity.
