MOTHERS JOURNEY

This is a postnatal peer support group with the space and freedom to connect to other mums, and with access to professionals with the knowledge and experience to support your feeding journey and learn feeding and massage tips for you and your baby.

We hope to create a calm space for you to feed and bond with confidence, because we know a relaxed Baby feeds better and so do you.

Hosted by Leonie from Mothers Journey and supported by Ros from Marvellous Me Massage who both have a passion for supporting families with a variety of specialised skills.

• Leonie is a qualified Midwife, IBCLC and tongue tie and oral function specialist.
• Ros is a qualified Midwife and massage therapist, specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and baby massage.

There will be opportunities throughout the year where we invited special guests to offer additional support to enhance your parenting journey. They will be available to give advice and support in their specialised field.

We want this group to be as accessible as possible for everyone. We want to keep providing a service which is valuable and sustainable and so to do this we have implemented a tiered payment system.

We invite you to choose with integrity your contribution.

Accessible Ticket: - £2.50 - A reduced cost for those families with financial constraints

Standard Ticket: - £5.00 - For those families with an average steady income

Supporter Ticket: - £7.50 - For those families with higher earning power who would like to support their community

How to find us:
Sometimes the postcode misleads your sat nav.
Stay on the main road - Anerley Road.
If coming from Crystal Palace/Anerley train station head towards Elmers End, as the road curves to the left, OR if you are coming from Elmers End towards Crystal Palace as the road curves to the right, opposite Betts Park you will see a slip road (there's a big sign that says Anerley Works and large bins). This slip road leads to the car park and Anerley Works building.

When you arrive at the main entrance there is a large shutter and to the right is the door to enter. Please dial 102 and press ENTER. Once inside, Mother's Journey is the second door on the left.

There is easy ground floor access.

There is pram parking just inside the space (you will need to fold it up) or just outside in the corridor (please don't leave valuables).
