Description
Get set for a powerful full-body workout in the fresh air, designed specifically for mums and babies. These outdoor sessions focus on building Mum Strength - the functional fitness you need for the daily events of motherhood, from lifting car seats to chasing toddlers.
We combine effective strength and cardio exercises in a supportive, relaxed environment. Expert modifications are available for every move, making it accessible for all abilities and especially suited for postnatal recovery. You will leave the park feeling stronger both physically and emotionally.
Bring your little one along - they stay with you throughout the workout. Toddlers welcomed too. After class, join us for an optional coffee and chat at Boston Tea Party to connect with other local mums.

Booking terms: Up to one class per term can be transferred to another day or time if at least 3 days notice is given.
Free car parking is available at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre (3 hours, free and display), or Tudor Grange Park (2 hours, no ticket needed).
