This is a space for you to put yourself and your mental wellbeing first for 90 minutes. Come and fill your cup with songs for the soul, good company and a side of cake.

What will we actually do?

Sing simple but gorgeous harmony songs (zero experience necessary, I promise) that are really good for you but also great for your baby's development. Then we will share some cake and have a chat. You'll then have this amazing toolkit of songs to help you navigate motherhood and regulate your emotions (in turn teaching your little ones how to self-regulate).

There is a car park on site as well as street parking round the corner on Priory Road or Pineapple Road. There is also plenty of space in the room for prams if you're bringing one.
