Looking for a pregnancy class in South Manchester? My Active Birthing Classes — formerly Daisy Birthing Active Antenatal — are designed for expectant mums from 14 weeks. Whether you want to stay mobile, enjoy pregnancy, or prepare for a confident birth, I offer flexible sessions to suit your needs.

📍 LOCATION & TIMES

Sessions are held at Humphrey Park Community Centre in Urmston on Saturday afternoons.

CHOOSE YOUR CLASS OPTION:

• 1-Hour Session: Focuses on pregnancy yoga-based movement, flow, and deep relaxation.

• Full 1.5-Hour Session: Includes my movement and relaxation flow, plus active birth education.
