Welcome to Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond, your friendly local space for realistic, judgement-free antenatal classes and baby care preparation in Stretford, Urmston, and South Manchester.

Becoming a parent is a massive transition, and you don't have to figure it all out alone. My classes blend down-to-earth education with physical practice—linking your learning directly to your breath, body, and movements. This helps your coping techniques become a natural second nature on your baby's birthing day and beyond.

I offer flexible options designed to meet your specific needs:

• Weekly Active Birthing Classes: Saturday afternoons at Humphrey Park Community Centre in Urmston. Small, welcoming sessions combining gentle pregnancy yoga, active birth positions, hypnobirthing techniques, and deep relaxation.

• Parent Birth & Baby Care Workshops: Saturday afternoons at St Matthew's Hall in Stretford. A complete 6-session, 15-hour course for pregnant individuals and birth partners covering active labour, massage, infant feeding, and newborn care.🌱 MY
