Founded by Laura, an experienced midwife, IBCLC Lactation Consultant and hypnobirthing teacher, Real Mama offers practical support designed to help parents feel informed, confident and less alone during this life-changing stage.

Our Baby Salsa and Babychata classes are a fun and welcoming way to move your body, enjoy music and connect with other parents while keeping your baby close in a sling or carrier. No dance experience is needed — just come along, have fun and enjoy some special time with your baby.
