Looking for a fun way to get out of the house, spend time with your baby and meet other mums?

Come and join us for a joyful, relaxed salsa and bachata class designed especially for mums and babies. Your baby stays close to you in a sling or suitable baby carrier while you dance, move to the music and enjoy some time for yourself.

You don’t need to be a dancer! Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love salsa, the class is easy to follow, welcoming and all about having fun. No complicated choreography or previous experience needed — just bring yourself, your baby and your dancing mood!

And the best part? You don't have to rush home afterwards. We often stay around Hackney Bridge for a drink and chat, so you can keep the conversation going and get to know the other mums from the class.

The class is suitable for mums with babies who are comfortable being carried in a suitable baby carrier or sling.

No dance experience is necessary and babies are very much part of the experience — they can watch, cuddle, nap or simply enjoy being close to you while you dance.

A 1hr feel-good Latin dance class designed for mums who want to move, reconnect with their body, and enjoy music while safely wearing their baby in a sling or baby carrier. No dance experience needed — just come as you are and enjoy the moment with your baby close to you. These classes are baby-wearing throughout, creating a safe, soothing and bonding experience for both mum and baby. Stay and connect with other parents after the session — a space to chat, share experiences, and build a real sense of community.
