Looking for something fun you can do together as a couple after having a baby?
Our Sunday Couples Salsa class is a relaxed, fun way to get moving, connect with your partner and enjoy some special time together — while keeping your little one close in a sling or baby carrier.
You don’t need to be a dancer! The class is beginner-friendly, with simple salsa steps, easy-to-follow combinations and plenty of time to enjoy the music. Whether you’ve never danced before or you already love salsa, you’re very welcome.

Do I need to bring my own sling or baby carrier?
Yes, please bring your own sling or carrier so your baby can stay close while you dance.
Do I need any dance experience?
Not at all. The class is beginner-friendly, with simple steps and easy-to-follow combinations.
Can I take my baby out of the sling?
Absolutely. Babies can be taken out whenever needed, and you can take a break at any time.
What happens if it’s hot or sunny?
When suitable, we may hold the class outdoors at Hackney Bridge. Updates will be shared via WhatsApp.
How will I hear about updates and new dates?

Can I stay after the class?
Of course. We often stay at Hackney Bridge for a drink and chat afterwards.

Simply bring your baby, a well-fitted carrier or a sling, comfortable clothing and water. The class is relaxed and baby-led, so you are always welcome to pause to feed, change or comfort your baby. Classes focus on movement, confidence, connection and meeting other parents rather than performance. Please ensure that your baby is positioned safely and that your carrier is suitable and correctly adjusted. Contact me before the class if you are unsure about your carrier.
