Friendly & inclusive classes with an aim to be as accessible as possible to fit round busy lives. Sessions are also available online on demand & if you can't make your normal class, you can join live via Teams or tag onto an alternative session the same week. Beth prides herself on classes being a community as well as somewhere to work on your physical wellness.
