Description

Come meet your mum tribe & feel your best throughout pregnancy & beyond at Pregnancy Pilates. Sessions are 1 hour long with a fully qualified and experienced pre and postnatal Pilates instructor & fellow mum.

As a fellow mum (of 3), Beth has found Pilates invaluable for keeping generally ache free and strong.

Sessions will help strengthen your core, glutes and legs to support your back. Strengthen upper back and arms to help prevent shoulders rounding & to hold baby & of course, strengthen your pelvic floor as well as practising release work - amongst many other benefits! Better breathing, circulation, mobility, relaxation, better recovery - the list is long!

Once every couple of months or so we have a session where for the last 15 mins a women's health expert in pregnancy, birthing or postnatal specialist comes in to share some relevant advice and answer any questions or concerns you may have & we all have a tea & little chat!

I cater for varying levels of strength and I don’t let the classes get too big so I can give people individual direction as needed. I run postnatal pilates mum and baby sessions also if you want to continue once baby is here from 6 weeks postpartum.

There is no need to miss a class if you can't make your face to face sessions as classes can also be available live via Teams as well as available on demand OR tag onto an alternative Pilates session from B Well Pilates & wellbeing timetable.

Classes are suitable from 12 weeks pregnant until baby arrives!
