Postnatal sessions are 1 hour long and are held on:

- Tuesdays 11am Brislington URC, Wick road

-Wednesdays 10am, Scout hut, Keynsham

-NEW FROM 22.4 26 Wednesdays 11.20am Scout hut, Keynsham

Babies are very welcome and can be included in some of the exercises plus I'm on hand to help with cuddles for baby if needed! You can start anytime from your 6-8 weeks postnatal check up.

I'm a mum of 3 and have found Pilates invaluable for keeping me generally ache free and strong! As well as my Pilates training, I hold a L3 specialist qualification in both pre and post natal fitness instruction & adapting Pilates for pre and postnatal women. I can help you check for diastasis recti & can adapt exercises if you do have it, to help you heal.

You get an hours live session each week plus an online membership group with a searchable library of mini sessions and stretches you can do in your own time to help keep you moving safely and help alleviate any aches and niggles you may be having from injuries or just day to day postnatal life!

I record the main session every week and send the link  / add on the membership page for you to repeat again in the week if you like and I offer the option to join the session via zoom once in hall in case you are away / couldn't make it or attend an alternative session that week.

I teach through most of school holidays and for the rare occasion, I am not teaching, it has already been factored into costing so over the course of the year the sessions work out circa £10 per class plus you have the on demand content to do.
