THE RELAXATION ROOM - MUM & BABY

A moment of calm for you and your baby 🤎

The Mum & Baby Relaxation Experience is a small, intimate session designed to give you both a chance to slow down, relax and enjoy some gentle time together.

Unlike a traditional baby class, this experience is just as much, if not more, for you as it is for your baby.

During the session, I'll guide you through gentle soothing and sensory touch to enjoy with your baby, using calming techniques and sensory elements inspired by The Relaxation Room - Berkshire.

Then it's your turn to switch off for a moment. While your baby stays with you, you'll receive a short, optional ASMR-style relaxation experience from me — a little opportunity to be looked after rather than always being the one doing the looking after.

We'll finish with refreshments, a hot drink and some relaxed time to chat with the other mums.

Everything is very baby-led. You're welcome to feed, change, cuddle or settle your baby whenever you need to, and there's a separate room available if either of you needs a little time away from the group. There's absolutely no expectation for babies to be quiet orbehave in a particular way.

Suitable for pre-mobile babies of any age. Rolling is absolutely fine; the session is simply not suitable once babies are crawling, shuffling or otherwise independently mobile.

A mum and baby group with a difference

This is a new session run by The Relaxation Room - Berkshire which is my home studio where I offer ASMR style treatments. These are deeply relaxing and this session offers a taster of that for you to share with your baby as an escape from everyday life, just to slow down together. There's also the chance to meet other new mums and babies as I will serve refreshments after the session.
