Description
Mum & baby mat Pilates is a gentle, supportive class designed to help new mums rebuild strength and confidence after pregnancy and birth, while keeping little ones close by.
Classes focus on core recovery, pelvic floor awareness, posture, mobility, and releasing tension in areas that often feel tight from feeding, carrying, and everyday parenting.
Each session uses slow, controlled Pilates-based movements combined with breathing techniques to improve strength, balance, and overall wellbeing in a calm and welcoming environment. Babies are welcome throughout the class, whether they are lying beside you, watching, feeding, or needing cuddles, so there is no pressure if you need to pause at any time.
It is also a lovely opportunity to meet other mums, move your body safely, and take a little time for yourself while still including your baby in the experience.
