Welcome to Easton's Baby Massage Sanctuary, created for parents/ partners This dedicated Friday morning workshop is your space to learn the nurturing Ayurvedic massage technique, connect deeply with your baby and meet like-minded parents.
If weekdays don't suit your partner, we have a Saturday morning workshop at St Werburghs Community Centre from 11am-12:15pm
In this 75-minute workshop, Sophie introduces the Ayurvedic Baby Massage technique for you and your baby, beginning with grounding techniques to help you arrive fully present. Together, you'll establish a beautiful daily routine you can confidently continue at home.

The workshop is £35 per individual session. or Book 3 dates of your choice for £90 (saving £15) If you cannot attend last minute, the cancellation fee is 50% of the workshop fee. If for any reason you need to cancel, please give two weeks notice before the date of the workshop to avoid any cancellation fee. If you are outside of the two weeks notice, your booking is fully refundable. Please do not book or attend the workshop if: Your baby is booked in for immunisation/jabs less than a week before the workshop date. Your baby is sick. If your baby is sick unexpectedly, you are still welcome to use your ticket and attend without your baby, and you will learn everything you need on a doll and by observing the others in the workshop. If your baby is asleep during the beginning of the session, we will never ask you to wake them up, but you can learn on a doll alongside the other parents and you can try the technique at home later that day.
