Rise & Glow Mum & Baby Circles are a new kind of postnatal support, thoughtfully created to care for mothers and their babies during the early months of motherhood.

These circles offer a calm, structured space to support your emotional wellbeing, nervous system, and connection with your baby throughout the postnatal period. 

A Different Kind of Mum & Baby Space

Many postnatal classes focus on stimulation, movement or milestones for baby.

Rise & Glow Mum & Baby Circles are about slowing down and focussing on you as a mother.

Each session is designed to help you:

• settle your nervous system
• gently bond with your baby
• reflect on your experience of motherhood
• feel supported, equipped and connected

Babies are an important part of this space, but (unlike most other postnatal classes) the focus remains on supporting you as a mother.
