Squats and coffee shots! The fitness class for new parents to come and rebuild strength whilst meeting new parents in the area.
The class itself will be made up of strength, mobility and a few cardio exercises to help rebuild your fitness after pregnancy and as a little aid to help you get through the sleepless nights.
As a first time mum to my 2 year old Ralph, I found Deptford was missing a good fitness class for new parents, which is why I wanted to create this community.
Based at the FitFun studios we have a room for breast feeding and changing needs, toilets and directly opposite a coffee shop to socialise after.
So much more then a fitness class, but a community.

We have limited parking outside the studio. If this is your first class a health questionnaire will need to be filled out so please arrive 10 mins early if possible, if you are unable to fill this out before hand. You must have your post natal check to attend.

It is important that you find a class that suit's and we want to help you do that by offering your first class for half price. Here after we have packages and monthly memberships (which also give you access to our Sunday Circuits class). If you would like to do a 1-2-1 session first to help with confidence you are more then welcome. We also offer concession prices for those on universal credit or income support.
