About mum & baby circles

A friendly and relaxed weekly group for mums to come together to share real experiences of motherhood, support each other post partum, and build a local community.

Run by Molly, a mum of two, these gently facilitated 2 hour circles give each mum a chance to share how they’re doing, reflect on their week and to have a space for meaningful conversations with other mums.

Held in family friendly pubs or cafes so you can enjoy some tasty food or coffees while we chat.

We’ll reflect on topics like coping with lack of sleep, isolation, birth stories and experiences, shifting identity in motherhood, matressence, changed relationships with partners or family, returning to work and much more! Great for first time mums or if you have older children as well.

We’ll have a space with mats in the middle where babies can kick around for a bit and give you a breather. You’re welcome to feed, change nappies etc during the groups, and please don’t worry if your baby is unsettled, it’s completely normal and to be expected in these sessions. 

You’ll be able to join a whatsapp group of mums from the same group as you, to keep in touch throughout the 6 weeks and beyond.

This group is for mums with pre-crawling babies only. Sessions are booked in blocks of 6.

I know things can come up at the last minute so it’s totally fine if you need to miss a session, and please don’t worry about being late, we’d love to see you even if you attend a session just for a bit.
