MUM & BABY CIRCLES - CRYSTAL PALACE

A friendly and relaxed group for mums to come together each week to share your experiences of motherhood, make connections, and build a local community.

Run by Molly, a mum of two, these circles are gently facilitated 2 hour groups where each mum gets a chance to share how they’re doing, reflect on their week and have a space for meaningful conversations with other mums in a friendly setting. We’ll hold space for each other to share, listen and reflect on our lived experiences of motherhood and get post partum support from other mums who are all just figuring out life with a new baby too!

Held locally in family friendly pubs or cafes so you can enjoy some tasty food or have a coffee while we chat. Great for first time mums or if you have older children as well.

We’ll have the chance to reflect on topics like coping with lack of sleep, isolation, birth stories and experiences, shifting identity in motherhood, changed relationships with partners or family, returning to work, and all the joy and chaos that motherhood brings.

You’ll be able to join a whatsapp group of mums from the same group as you, to keep in touch throughout the 6 weeks and beyond.

We’ll have a space in the middle where babies can kick around on a mat for a bit as well. You’re welcome to feed, change nappies etc during the groups, and please don’t worry if your baby is unsettled, it’s completely normal and to be expected in these sessions.
