More than "just a baby class"

Windy tummies. Fussiness. Difficulty settling. Trying to understand what your baby needs. Or simply wanting more time to slow down and connect.

In the taster, you'll learn simple massage and reflexology techniques you can use at home straight away.

Some benefits include:

🌿 Support little tummies: massage, leg movements and reflexology to help with wind, constipation and digestive discomfort.

🌙 Calm and settling: slow, rhythmic touch supports relaxation and can become a lovely part of your baby's settling routine.

🤍 Bonding and attachment: nurturing touch, eye contact and responding to your baby's cues create powerful moments of connection.

👶 Understand your baby: learn to recognise when they're engaged, when they need a pause and what they're telling you.

🌱 Early development: gentle touch and movement encourage body awareness, coordination and positive sensory experiences.
