Description

Held with Harmony Baby massage classes provide a calm, supportive space for you to slow down, connect with your baby and grow your confidence as a parent.

Courses are suitable for babies from newborn until they begin crawling. Each course consists of 4 one hour sessions. Over the 4 week course you will learn how to complete a full body massage and how to use massage strokes to soothe your baby and support their development. Handouts and WhatsApp support will be available between sessions to help you practice massage at home.

Each class will also include time to connect with other parents and support your own wellbeing.

Free parking near venue. Baby changing available. Feeding and changing welcome during class.
