You spend so much of your day holding your baby. Held is a little space where you can feel held too.

Held is a six-week mum and baby yoga circle for mums and babies from 3 months to pre- walking; created to nurture both you and your baby. It’s a little space to move, connect, laugh, breathe and feel held.

Each 90 minute circle includes:

• Playful developmental yoga for baby
• Gentle postnatal yoga for Mums
• Extended relaxation and rest
• Tea, a nutritious snack and time to chat

Everything is gentle and welcoming to where you and your baby are on the day. You are invited to tune into your babies cues and cuddle, bounce, feed or settle your baby as needed, and rest as desired throughout.

This isn’t simply a baby yoga class. It’s 90 minutes each week dedicated to connection, wellbeing and community. Move your body, breathe and make space for your own wellbeing while spending meaningful time with your baby.

Places are intentionally limited to 6 families per circle keeping the experience small and personal for a luxury retreat feel.

50 Hill Rise is a boutique wellbeing center in the heart of scenic Richmond.

How close is public transport?
Richmond Train Station is a gentle 15 -20 minute stroll & Richmond Bus station is a 5 – 10 walk.

Is parking available nearby?
There’s limited payable parking directly in front of 50 Hill Rise. Other payable car parks such as Old Deer Carpark & Paradise Road are a short stroll away.

Is there somewhere at 50 Hill Rise to park my buggy?
Yes, the front of house team will be on hand to help you park your buggy in the welcome area. NB: you will need to carry your baby up 7 steps to reach the studio area, as buggies remain safely in the low-level welcome area.
