Baby Yoga & Mindful Mama – 4-Week Course

Join us for a beautiful 4-week Baby Yoga & Mindful Mama course, designed to support both you and your baby through gentle movement, connection, play and a little bit of self-care.

Each week combines gentle baby yoga stretches and movements with sensory activities, singing and playful interaction, helping you build confidence in responding to your baby's cues while enjoying special one-to-one time together.

And whilst your baby enjoys their yoga and play, Mum gets some much-needed time too! Each session includes a mindful moment for you, giving you the chance to slow down, breathe and reconnect with yourself. You'll also indulge in a mini Tropic Skincare spa treatment each week, giving you a little taste of luxury and some precious time to relax and look after yourself.

🌿 The perfect follow-on from baby massage

If you've joined me for one of my Baby Massage courses, this is the perfect next step as your baby grows and develops. But you absolutely don't need to have attended baby massage to join us — everyone is welcome!

The classes take place in a modern, clean, air-conditioned room, which is especially lovely during the warmer months. Having air conditioning means we can keep the room comfortable for both babies and mums, even during those hot London days.

I also collaborate with a professional photographer who joins us for one of the four weeks. This is completely optional.

I have a special package exclusively for my class mums: 5 digital images for just £50. The session includes a mixture of beautifully posed photographs as well as more natural, candid moments of you enjoying time together.
