BLISSFUL BABY AND ME

Blissful Baby and Me is a nurturing baby massage course designed to support both you and your baby in a calm, welcoming environment.

Each week focuses on a different part of your baby’s body, helping you gently build a full massage routine while growing in confidence and connection.

More than just a class, this is a space where parents are cared for too. Sessions are relaxed and completely judgement-free—whether your baby is feeding, sleeping, or needing cuddles, everything is welcomed.

You’ll use organic massage oils, enjoy a hot drink and refreshments, and receive a thoughtful goodie bag at the start of your course.
Each session also includes a special “Me Moment”, where you can enjoy self-care using luxurious Tropic skincare—because parents deserve nurturing too.

A professional photographer joins one session, offering an optional package of 5 digital images for £50 (usually £350).
You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents and feel part of a supportive community.

A chance to slow down, bond with your baby, and take care of yourself too.
