Birth, Body + Beyond Club is a different kind of birth preparation.

Created by two Brighton midwives who believe preparing for motherhood should never stop at the birth itself.

Real knowledge. Honest conversations. Proper support for your birth, your body and everything that comes next.

SESSION 1 - BIRTH.

UNDERSTAND HOW BIRTH WORKS, YOUR CHOICES, INTERVENTIONS AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THINGS GO OFF SCRIPT.

SESSION 2 - BODY.

PELVIC HEALTH, PREPARING YOUR BODY FOR BIRTH AND UNDERSTANDING PHYSICAL RECOVERY.

SESSION 3 - BEYOND.

FEEDING, SLEEP, RELATIONSHIPS, IDENTITY AND THE STRANGE, BRILLIANT REALITY OF BECOMING PARENTS.

Your postnatal body and pelvic health appointment. A proper check- in on recovery, what has changed, what is on track, where you need support and what your body needs next.

From 16 weeks onwards, our monthly Pregnancy Circle is a chance to slow down, connect and talk about everything pregnancy brings.

We begin with a short guided relaxation before opening up the conversation. Birth, changing bodies, emotions, becoming a mother or whatever happens to be on your mind.

Ask questions. Share stories. Sit and listen. There is no pressure to say anything at all.

Just honest conversations, familiar faces and a little space for yourself.

WHEN: The first three Tuesdays of your booked month, 6.00–8.30pm.

WHERE: The Nest, Murmuration Therapy Rooms, 75 Church Road, Hove.
