Hello! I am Georgie, an NHS midwife and certified infant massage instructor.

Please come and join me for my 5 week infant massage course. I trained with the International Association of Infant Massage in 2025 and was honestly blown away by the unbelievably long list of benefits for mum and baby!

The course I teach concentrates on a different body part each week, whilst recapping the body part from the week before. Across the 5 weeks we will slowly work up to a full body massage, so you finish the 5 weeks feeling confident giving your little one a massage at home.

Each class will be completely baby led. There will never be any pressure to participate if your baby is telling you they need something different in that moment. If they need a feed, to cry, be cuddled, that is absolutely fine, we just go at their pace.

Each session will be between 1-1.5 hours. We will go over theory points of massage and have a relaxed and completely non-judgmental group discussion.

Matts and massage oil will be provided. I will send out the pre-session questionnaire via whatsapp after booking.
