AS PILATES

The adults (any adult) and babies (up to -and including- crawling) mat pilates is ON at Abbotshall (Catford) on Tuesdays 10.50am and Fridays 11am. This session is suitable for any adult, beginner or intermediate, prenatal or postnatal. All guidance and modifications given accordingly. Small props are provided: balls, blocks and bands. Only bring your mat. Babies are not part of any exercise so you will not be asked to hold your baby while performing. You can, however, hold and hug and cuddle your baby at any time. The venue has baby change facilities, a lovely cafe area and good space for parking in the road. Classes are in blocks of 5, 6, 7 or 8 sessions.
