DARE2DANCE COMPANY

Dare2Dance Company CIC provides inclusive dance, creative movement and wellbeing activities for children, families and adults across Barnet and North London.

Our sessions bring people together through movement, music, imagination and play. We create welcoming spaces where participants can explore creatively, build confidence, develop new skills and connect with others without pressure to perform or get everything right.

Our early-years classes support children’s physical, creative, emotional and social development through dance, music, singing, imaginative games, sensory play, colourful props and arts and crafts. Parents and carers participate alongside their children, creating valuable time to move, laugh, play and connect together.

Activities help children develop coordination, communication, confidence, creativity, listening, turn-taking and group participation important skills as they prepare for nursery and school.

We believe movement should be accessible to everyone. Children are encouraged to participate at their own pace, whether they are ready to join immediately or need time to watch and become comfortable.

Dare2Dance also delivers Creative Dance 55+, school activities, community outreach, intergenerational projects and the annual BeWell Family Dance Festival.

Our work is supported by appropriate insurance, safeguarding procedures and enhanced DBS checks.
