BABE CLUB SILENT DISCO

Babe Club is, a body-positive, inclusive, judgement-free, dance-based support group for parents of new babies. If you're pregnant, you're welcome too! Babe Club is a lot of fun and it has a very serious purpose - to tackle postpartum anxiety, depression, isolation and body confidence issues. It's gentle exercise infused with a bit of dance movement therapy, and a lot of silliness.
