At Antenatal & Beyond, I believe that every pregnancy and birth should be a positive and empowering experience. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and support to expectant parents and their families.

I run small group antenatal classes for up to four couples, aiming to create a cosy and friendly space where we can explore birth preparation together in a safe and trusting environment.

My Antenatal & Beyond Tummy Time classe are gentle, baby-led classes that help you and your little one explore tummy time in a fun, supportive way. Together, we’ll look at different tummy time positions, weave in sensory play, and talk through all the wonderful benefits this simple activity has for your baby’s growth and development.
