Description

Postnatal Readiness Classes - £125

Perhaps you have signed up for a hypnobirthing course with another provider, or are planning an elective cesarean birth. You feel like you have the labour and birth covered, but are after something complimentary to prepare for what comes next - parenting. 

Join my postnatal readiness course to feel ready for:

  • The fourth trimester
  • Postnatal mental wellbeing
  • Breastfeeding and mixed feeding (inc. expressing and storing breastmilk, bottle and formula feeding)
  • Practical baby care: nappies, baths, safe sleep.

Sessions run in-person and are 5 hours long.
