What Yoga & Wellness with Izzie says

Pregnancy and postpartum can be full of joy, but at the same time, it's a stage of rapid change to yourself and your baby and not everyone's experience is straightforward or easy. Slowing down and taking time to reconnect with yourself is hugely beneficial if you want to restore your mobility and core strength whilst also calming the nervous system.

Joining a mum and baby yoga class means you get some time to practice without finding childcare, meeting other mums in the area - you can even grab a coffee and cake at the Clanfield Centre's cafe afterwards for some extra you-time.

There is no pressure and no performance needed. Just a safe space for you and your baby to get out, show yourself some love, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded.
