Description
Join our mum and baby yoga class to ease back into your postpartum body, bond with your baby, and meet other mums in the community. This is a safe, inclusive space whether you're basking in the baby bubble or struggling with newborn nights, I'm here to support you and welcome you into a cocoon of you-time.
If your baby needs to feed, be changed, be cuddled, or nap during the class, that's normal! Babies have their own schedules and there are no rules.
Suitable from your doctor's sign off (typically 6-12 weeks dependent on your birth experience). I recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move in - pyjamas welcome if getting out of the house is a struggle 😅
Each class gives you time to build connections with each other, reconnect with your body (which just did an amazing thing!), and rebuild your strength to keep those postpartum aches and pains at bay. We also explored breathing practices for staying calm and grounded when surrounded by chaos.
