A fun, baby-friendly postnatal fitness session

blending customised strength training and low impact cardio to help mums feel strong, confident and connected.

All levels welcome. From 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks after CS)

Exercises can be adapted to individual needs.

Flexible bookings (packages are non consecutive).

Your baby can be in the pram, carrier or on a blanket - whatever works for you

We offer different flexible price options: single drop-in 15£ pack of 5 for 65£ pack of 10 for 125£ monthly flatrate 70£ with 3 options to train weekly We try to keep our bookings flexible and as mum friendly as we can.
