Tiny Thrivers Stay & play classes are focused on emotional and physical wellbeing for 2-5 year olds.

Become a Tiny Thriver and come with us on weekly themed adventures involving:
yoga
on theme games to help our bodies become stronger whilst having lots of fun!
explore a new emotion each week with research backed tips for handling big feelings in little people
play at home (and on theme) recipe card to take home designed to encourage a healthy relationship with food

A fun and informative way for your little people to burn off some energy and give you both a little boost through the week!

From animal jumps and superhero adventures to ninja balancing and den building, every class is carefully designed to support physical development, emotional wellbeing and connection.
Building confidence and developing life-long healthy habits, whilst burning off some energy — and having fun together!

90% of a childs brain development happens through the ages 0-5 years. Research shows that people who look after their mental and physical wellness live happier and healthier lives. So, we help you to capitalise on this 'golden period' by sprinkling our stay and play classes with research backed tools, frameworks and techniques to help manage big feelings in little people, encourage movement with an understanding of why it's important and helping to create a healthy relationship with food.

Babies / siblings under 2 are welcome free of charge
