THE MIGHTY MAMAHOOD

The Mighty Mamahood is a community-led parent and baby hub based in Worthing, created to bring families together and reduce the isolation that can come with early parenthood.

We offer affordable, supportive sessions including baby sensory classes, Calm Club (baby massage, calming sensory play and gentle parent movement), and The Mighty Little Spa — a soothing baby spa experience designed to encourage bonding and relaxation. Alongside our classes, we host free community meet-ups and offer babywearing support through our local sling library and consultancy.

At the heart of The Mighty Mamahood is connection. Our sessions are friendly, inclusive and judgement-free, welcoming all families — including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent parents.
