What The Barre Fitness Studio says

Barre & Baby is a welcoming postnatal fitness class designed for mums and their babies.

Combining elements of barre, Pilates and strength training, this low-impact workout focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor and helping you feel strong and confident in your body after birth.

Babies stay close by while you exercise, and there's no pressure if you need to stop for feeds, cuddles or nappy changes. This is a relaxed, supportive space where motherhood and movement go hand in hand.

Expect a full-body workout, great playlist, and a class that leaves you feeling energised, stronger and more connected to yourself, alongside the opportunity to meet other local mums.

Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (or once cleared for exercise by your healthcare professional) and babies who aren't yet crawling.
