What Singing Mamas says

Singing Mamas is a community singing group for mothers and their babies and toddlers - a weekly circle where you can show up exactly as you are, no experience needed, no performance required. Many of our groups also welcome women of all ages and stages, with or without little ones.

We sing together because singing together does something that's hard to explain until you've felt it. It lifts the room. It settles babies. It reminds you that you're not doing this alone.

Every session is led by a trained Singing Mamas Community Leader, a local woman who knows this community because she's part of it. You'll learn simple, beautiful songs you can take home and sing to your little one all week.

No auditions. No spotlights. Just singing, connection, and usually a cup of tea and cake afterwards.

About

I’m Clara and a mum to lockdown baby Anya (born 2020). I live in Trowbridge and run various singing groups and choirs as well women’s retreat days and workshops.

Having a baby during lockdown was hugely isolating and I felt like I did most of my early mothering on my own. I set up my Singing Mamas group to help local mums find other women, and for me to find my tribe. We have created a beautiful supportive and non judgmental community. Come and join us!
