SHISHU BABY MASSAGE

Join Sophie's Ayurvedic Baby Massage class as parents-to-be or with your baby aged 7 weeks - 8 months. Either, or both parents are welcome!

Together we can create the perfect daily routine for you and your baby
Improve sleep quality for you & your baby by using this gentle ancient Indian massage technique, with organic oils and a bath, all warmed to the perfect temperature.
During this workshop, you will learn the massage technique on a doll or on your baby along with how to make 'baby soap' too.

Suitable for Parents-to-be : 9:00 - 10:30am
