SHISHU BABY MASSAGE

Join Sophie's Ayurvedic Baby Massage workshop with your baby aged 7 weeks - 8 months. Either, or both parents are welcome!

Together we can create the perfect daily routine for you and your baby

Improve sleep quality for you & your baby by using this gentle ancient Indian massage technique, with organic oils and a bath, all warmed to the perfect temperature.

During this workshop, you will learn the massage technique on a doll or on your baby along with how to make 'pudding soap' too.

Babies Aged: 7 weeks to 8 months: 11:00 - 12:00pm

Bring your own doll or teddy to practice on incase baby is asleep

Bring your own baby-bath

Parents : Wear clothing that you don't mind getting oily

Sophie will be in touch via Whatsapp when you make your booking, there you'll be able to ask any questions you might have. Sophie will send you more info and a list of things to prepare.

Fully accessible pram access, workshop room is warmed to a lovely temperature without drafts so that the babies can relax completely.
