My classes help E's you into parenting with sequences especially designed to release trapped energy and promote restful sleep for you and your baby.

Engage with your baby through sensory tools, movement and massage in a fun way. All my mini-sequences are chereographed to nursery rhymes so that you can have fun as well as learn the movements with song.

My classes equip with the tools to help meet your baby's needs so that you regain confidence. Learn breathing & relaxation techniques, holds and swings to help calm a fractious child and movements with sensory tools for active stimulation.

Ease back into your body with movements to help rebuild core and pelvic floor tone and reset your central nervous system. I am a postnatal yoga specialist and yoga therapist fully accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga so you are in safe hands.

Parking is gated and I will be there 20 minutes before to open the gates. We have exclusive hire, so tea/coffee is available.
