WILD MINDS BABY AND PRESCHOOL CLASSES

Hi I’m Lauren, and I’d love to welcome you and your little one to Wild Minds. We offer nature-based sensory, story, and rhyme classes for children aged 0–4 and their guardians.

Every week, we explore a new theme celebrating British wildlife through interactive storytelling, music, and hands-on play.

My Story & Mission

As a qualified Further Education teacher with a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, I have always loved science and ecology. But Wild Minds was truly born out of my own personal journey as a mum to my little girl.

Following her birth, I suffered severely with perinatal and postnatal depression. During those overwhelming days, I found it incredibly difficult to talk and bond with my baby. I created Wild Minds to be the exact space that I needed back then but couldn't find.

Because of this, my sessions feature specially designed conversation cards during our free-play time. These prompts are there to help facilitate relaxed conversation, removing the pressure and helping to build a beautiful, bond between you and your child in a safe, zero-judgment room.
