WILD KITES FOREST SCHOOL

Join us at our Forest School group for home educated children in less-explored areas of beautiful Ashridge woodland.

At these fully inclusive, small-group sessions, for children aged 6-12, we invite you for a morning of child-led play in the woods, spotting signs of wildlife, learning to use real tools, getting creative, cooking on the campfire and enjoying unhurried time to relax under the trees.

Sessions will be delivered by experienced, DBS-checked Forest School staff and will focus on boosting confidence, wellbeing and resilience through child-centred play.

20 per cent of all ticket sales will be donated to the National Trust so they can protect heritage and natural landscapes for future generations to enjoy.

Sessions will begin and end at the National Trust Ashridge Education Centre - please find a map here. The what3words reference is ///skippers.quality.crucially.

We ask that parents/carers stay for a minimum of two sessions. After this, you are welcome to drop off or stay, after a discussion with the Forest School leader.
