WATER BABIES

Children in the Navigator class typically work on:

• Swimming longer distances with minimal support or independently, depending on their age and ability.
• Developing efficient front crawl, backstroke, and introductory breaststroke movements.
• Improving breathing control and body position in the water.
• Diving to retrieve objects from greater depths.
• Combining skills into smooth swimming sequences, including turning and changing direction.
• Building confidence in deeper water and practising advanced water safety and self-rescue skills.
