Description

Mum & Baby Yoga has been carefully designed, for both you and your baby. Each week you will enjoy gentle postnatal yoga flows to help release tension, build strength and recover from birth, whilst your baby will benefit from fun baby yoga movements, sensory play and social time.

Also included in the price is FREE entry to The Cloud Space Play Cafe for an hour prior to the class starting.
