TOTFIT DANCE

TotFit Gymnastics is a popular class in our TotFit Programme. Supported by you and with praise and encouragement from the enthusiastic coaches this class is a big hit with both children and adults.

We understand that children develop at their own pace so games and activities are easily adapted for all abilities with the focus being on having FUN.

We recommend leaving pushchairs and prams in the corridor so please bring something to store your valuables (keys, phone, purse etc) so you you can keep them with you. If you are bringing younger siblings it may be safer to carry them with you during the class
If the carpark is full please park along Ton yr Ywen Avenue. There is a walkway that leads from Ton yr Ywen Avenue directly into the centre carpark.
Refreshments are available to purchase on site.
Please make sure clothing is neither restrictive nor too flary. Leggings/joggers or shorts and a tshirt are fine. Long hair tied back if possible and preferably no jewellery.
A drink of water in a sealable bottle is advised.
