TINY HANDS BABY MASSAGE

The Baby Massage course at Tiny Hands Baby Massage offers a gentle and supportive way to begin exploring baby massage with your little one in our 60 minute long sessions.

Over the course of the block you will be guided through a series of simple, nurturing massage strokes that you can continue to use at home. Each week we build gradually, giving you time to learn at a relaxed pace while enjoying unhurried moments of connection with your baby...

There is never any expectation for babies to be still or settled. They can feed, sleep, wriggle or cry. Everything babies do is welcome here.

Just as importantly, these sessions are here for parents too. You are warmly welcomed exactly as you are, with space to ask questions, share experiences and spend time alongside other parents who understand life with a baby.

At the end of each session there is time to sit together with a warm drink and cake. A small moment to pause, chat and begin building a supportive village of parents walking through these early days together.

Alongside the massage strokes, you will also receive gentle guidance and resources to support your baby massage journey, and on your final week we celebrate in the most perfect way with an adorable baby spa and story massage, complete with dressing gowns, fluffy towels, gentle lighting and a glass of fizz for our mummies.

A friendly, relaxed 5 week baby massage course for you and your baby. Each week you’ll learn a few simple strokes, building towards a full routine you can use at home. If your baby needs a feed or a cuddle halfway through, that’s absolutely fine. Nobody minds. Every session ends with a warm drink, some cake and a chat with other parents. In the final week there’s a baby spa with story massage, baths, dressing gowns and a glass of fizz for the grown ups. You’ll get a short video of the strokes after each class, plus a bottle of massage oil to take home. Small groups. Led by Hazel, a certified baby massage instructor.
