Snuggle & Stretch Baby Yoga – Advanced 💛

Welcome to Snuggle & Stretch Baby Yoga at The Nurture Studio — a fun, nurturing class for growing, active babies and their grown-ups.

Designed for babies aged 5–18 months, or for as long as the movements feel comfortable and appropriate for you and your baby, these sessions build on the foundations of baby yoga with more energetic and playful movements, alongside songs, rhymes and activities to support your baby's developing strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence.

Baby yoga helps to build important brain-body connections and body awareness, supporting babies as they develop new physical skills and work towards milestones such as sitting, crawling, standing and walking.

As your baby becomes more active and curious, this class gives you a wonderful opportunity to move, play and connect together in a relaxed and supportive environment. It's invigorating, fun and a lovely way to spend quality time with your little one.

We'll finish each session with some gentle tune-in and relaxation time, giving you both a chance to slow down after all that movement. Then stay for a cuppa and biscuit, meet other parents and enjoy a little time to chat.
