THE NURTURE STUDIO

💕 A lovely hour to bond, connect and meet other local parents.

Come along to our friendly baby massage class at Woodford Community Centre, designed for babies from birth to crawling.

Over a relaxed five-week course, you’ll gradually learn massage strokes for different parts of your baby’s body. Each week we introduce a new area while revisiting the strokes you’ve already learnt, giving you plenty of opportunity to practise with your baby and build confidence.

There’s no pressure to get everything perfect. The class is about slowing down, enjoying some special one-to-one time with your baby and learning something you can continue to enjoy together at home. 💕

And because meeting other parents is such an important part of those early months, we finish each session with a cup of tea or coffee, a biscuit and time for a chat. It’s a chance to get to know other local parents, share experiences and hopefully make some new friends along the way. ☕🍪
